Debugging problems of garden humidification pump before use
For a new equipment, when it is first brought in, there is a commissioning and operation stage. Only after the commissioning is completed and can it be used normally can the handover be considered complete. If there is a problem with the equipment during commissioning, it can be replaced, as is the case with the use of garden humidification pumps.
When the garden humidification pump is dry, the motor cannot be inched to check the positive and negative rotation. Before commissioning, the pipeline should be carefully flushed to ensure that no foreign matters enter the pump. The pump should be fully filled with water before starting up and running. After installation, notify the manufacturer for inspection. Do not operate on your own before commissioning. Only when the manufacturer's personnel are present can you run the commissioning.
During commissioning, there is also a process for inspecting the garden humidification pump, checking whether the installation of the supply and return pipes, valves, pressure gauges, expansion pipes, and check valves is complete and meets the requirements; Check whether the transmission connection of the water pump is complete, whether it meets the use requirements, whether there is any leakage, rotate the pump shaft by hand, and check whether it operates flexibly. All of these need to be checked and debugged one by one, and can work smoothly after being resolved.
